PRE-ORDER POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

1. Overview

Some of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our knitwear.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item in advance of production or release.

2. Payment

Full payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed.

This secures your item and allows us to proceed with production and allocation.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page.

Please note:

  • As a small-scale luxury brand, production timelines may occasionally vary

We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your item has been dispatched.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard purchase.

You may return your item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

6. Your Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to:

  • Cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods
  • Receive a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy
