Christmas at the Carlton | Beatrice Bayliss

Christmas at the Carlton

We have been working on something incredibly exciting this Christmas season and I am so excited to finally tell you all about it!

Back in the summer, the recently renovated Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge decided to reinvigorate it’s fashion roots by collaborating with the world famous London College of Fashion. The idea was to create a miniature capsule collection of 25 dresses which would be collated in an advent calendar. The 25 dresses of Christmas, what’s not to love?

Our founder drew upon the natural environment and wanted to harness the foundation of ethics which Beatrice Bayliss has grown upon, showcasing to onlookers that the environment is important and how we are surrounded by pure beauty.

This project has been beautiful to be apart of, from the designing process, to the engineering of paper into dresses and the construction of 2,500 miniature dresses, all assembled by hand in the hotel. A lot of ups and downs have been felt along the way but the launch party on the 17th November was a highlight of our calendar. We can’t wait to show you the video documenting the entire process via our YouTube channel.
